Want to Join our Team?
Are you passionate about what God can do in the midst of battle—when faith is stretched, obedience is costly, and hope must be held onto by prayer?
Guardians of the Covenant is built by volunteers who believe marriage and family are worth standing for. Our team is made up of ordinary believers answering an extraordinary call: to intercede, encourage, and walk alongside others with humility, integrity, and biblical truth. This is not about fixing people or controlling outcomes—it’s about serving faithfully, pointing hearts back to Christ, and trusting God to do the work only He can do.
Whether your gifts are in prayer, writing, encouragement, moderation, administration, or behind-the-scenes support, there is a place for you. We value confidentiality, accountability, and a posture of surrender to God above all else. Every role matters, and every act of obedience counts.
If you feel the Lord stirring your heart to serve, to stand in the gap for others, and to be part of a community rooted in Scripture and prayer, we invite you to join our team of standers. This is not easy work—but it is meaningful work. And God is faithful in the battle.
Volunteer Requirements
Volunteering with Guardians of the Covenant is a calling rooted in service, humility, and obedience to Christ. Because of the sensitive nature of marriage restoration and spiritual care, we ask all volunteers to meet the following requirements:
1. A Personal Relationship with Jesus Christ
Volunteers must have a saving relationship with Jesus Christ and a willingness to live a life submitted to His Word. Our ministry is firmly grounded in Scripture and biblical truth.
2. A Commitment to Prayer and Scripture
Volunteers are expected to maintain a regular prayer life and engage with Scripture. This ministry is built on spiritual discernment, not personal opinion or worldly counsel.
3. A Heart for Marriage, Covenant, and Restoration
While not all volunteers must be married or actively standing for a marriage, all must support God’s design for marriage and the mission of standing in the gap for covenant restoration.
4. Emotional Maturity and Humility
Volunteers must be able to listen without judgment, avoid giving unbiblical advice, and refrain from projecting personal experiences onto others. A teachable spirit is essential.
5. Respect for Confidentiality
All volunteer conversations, prayer requests, and shared testimonies must be kept strictly confidential. Protecting trust is non-negotiable.
6. Alignment With Our Mission and Values
Volunteers must agree with the mission, statement of faith, and guidelines of Guardians of the Covenant, including maintaining unity, respect, and Christ-centered conduct.
7. Willingness to Serve, Not Fix
Our role is to encourage, pray, and point people to Christ—not to counsel beyond our scope, mediate disputes, or attempt to control outcomes.
8. Availability and Reliability
Volunteers should be able to commit consistently to their role, whether weekly or as assigned, and communicate openly if availability changes.
If you meet these requirements and are still looking to volunteer, please complete the form below. We look forward to hearing from you.
