Forgiveness Is Not Denial

Christian forgiveness does not require pretending sin was small. It brings sorrow into truth, refuses revenge, and walks in mercy before God.

The brokenhearted do not need shallow encouragement. They need the nearness of the Lord, who gives rest to weary souls.

A wounded spouse does not need pain minimized. Scripture gives comfort that tells the truth: God sees, binds up, and gives mercy.

Betrayal awakens a desire for justice, but Scripture calls wounded believers away from revenge and toward trust before the righteous Judge.

Healing does not require false forgetting, but it calls the wounded heart away from rehearsing the injury as ruler.

Bitterness rarely begins loudly. Scripture calls wounded believers to bring the root before God so mercy can pull up what pride wants to keep.

Repentance is not a sentence said to end discomfort. It is a healing road marked by truth, humility, fruit, and repair.

Pain is real, but it is not lord. A wound may be part of the story, but identity is received from Christ.

Grief that is not brought before God can slowly harden. Scripture invites the wounded heart to pour itself out before Him.

Forgiveness may be granted from the heart while trust is rebuilt slowly through repentance, truth, and visible fruit.
