Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 15, 2026

Guardians of the Covenant is committed to making our website welcoming and usable for people with disabilities. Accessibility is ongoing work, and we are continuing to improve the experience as our ministry resources grow.

Our accessibility goal

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This statement describes our current efforts and known limitations; it is not a claim that every page or third-party service is fully conformant.

Accessibility features currently available

  • A “Skip to main content” link and visible keyboard-focus indicators.
  • Clear main-content landmarks and heading structure on key page templates.
  • Larger selection targets for radio buttons and checkboxes on reviewed forms and filters.
  • Reduced-motion support for visitors who request it through their device or browser settings.
  • Programmatic form labels, required-field validation states, and visible privacy or response guidance on reviewed forms.
  • A caption and transcript-access pathway beside the Podcast video embed.

Known limitations and ongoing work

Some older pages, archived resources, and third-party platforms may not yet meet every accessibility criterion. We are continuing to review photographic-background contrast, complete independent keyboard and screen-reader testing, and produce or verify captions and written transcripts for podcast and video content.

Request help or report a barrier

If you have difficulty accessing any part of this website, please contact Guardians of the Covenant or call or text +1 (863) 797-GOTC. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five business days.

When possible, include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser, or assistive technology you were using. Share only what you are comfortable providing. Information submitted through our forms is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Alternative formats

You may request a written copy, transcript, or reasonable assistance accessing ministry content through the Contact page. We will work with you to provide an available alternative when feasible.

Review schedule

We review this statement and the related accessibility project at least quarterly and after major website changes.
